Help desk, glossary and the frequently asked list
Find the right support channel, decode shopping terms and get practical answers before your next step.
Start with the kind of problem
For a broken product link, try another listing in the same category. For a policy figure, open its official source and use the current terms. The editorial method explains the limits of this guide.
Need help with an order: that lane belongs to the desk you ordered through, and the ledger desks all publish support channels on their own sites. Two useful habits when something goes wrong: state the order number and the station it is stuck at (the walkthrough names them), and ask for the governing clause in writing. Desks honour their written pages first; so should you.
For anything window-shaped, run the undo checker before writing to support; a message that cites the operator’s own clause gets a different class of answer.
The glossary: terms you will actually meet
The jargon decoded, in the order a first order meets it:
Spreadsheet
In this hobby, a curated catalogue site of product cards you browse by category, like this one. The word is historical; nothing here involves a spreadsheet file.
W2C
Where to cop: community shorthand for a request to find a purchase link for an item.
QC, GL, RL
QC is the warehouse photo set taken at stock-in. GL (green light) and RL (red light) are community verdicts on QC photos: proceed or return. The desks take the photos; the verdict stays yours. What GL means in practice is simply: ship it as photographed.
Stock-in / Stocked in / Warehoused
The status flip when goods reach the agent warehouse. Return windows and storage meters start here; the clocks per desk are on the undo windows page.
Haul
A consolidated parcel of several items shipped together; the consolidation arithmetic is most of the agent saving.
Volumetric weight
Length times width times height over a divisor; couriers bill the larger of this and scale weight. Worked example on the shipping page.
Rehearsal / preview packing
A paid or free pre-quote where the warehouse weighs and measures the parcel before you commit to a line.
Declared value
The figure you put on the customs form; it sets duty exposure and compensation base at once.

Frequently asked, with sources
The short answers, each pointing at the page that holds the long one:
- A legitimacy question in place of a verdict: all six ledger desks publish registered entities with company numbers (read 2026-10-10, profiles page); registration is checkable, honesty is only ever observable. The risk signals page shows what to watch.
- Timing a first order: count backward from your own calendar; stock-in should land on days you can read photographs, because the return windows (5 to 7 days, undo page) spend themselves whether you look or not.
- The cheapest desk: not answerable as asked. Fee lines, spreads and your basket interact; the costs page shows the sixty-second arithmetic that answers it for your order, on the day you run it.
- Items that vanish from the catalogue: listings die upstream; cards here are retested and the updates page logs sweeps. A dead card is a report-worthy defect.
- Whether this site grades batches: no. No tiers, no verdicts on goods; terms only. The about page explains the line and why it is drawn there.
