The maintenance trail: changes, re-reads and chatter
Terms move, promotions expire, catalogues rot. This page is the dated record of what changed on the desks we track and on this site itself. Last updated 2026-10-13.
Operator changes caught in the ledger
Changes with teeth, found while reading the operators’ pages. Each entry carries the operator’s own dates where it published them:
CSSBuy: warehouse clearance deadline posted read 2026-10-10
A live popup dated 2026-10-09 announces that parcels which expired before 2026-01-01 will be cleared from 2026-11-01, with shipping requests due by 2026-10-31. If goods from an old order still sit in that warehouse, this is a hard calendar date, not housekeeping.
CSSBuy: free storage halved in 2024, still trips people read 2026-10-10
The storage page records the cut from 180 to 90 free days effective 2024-06-01. Old guides still circulate the 180 figure; the meter table on the costs page carries the current one.
Superbuy: SuperCare Plus relaunched read 2026-10-10
The insurance product returned in August 2026 with per-parcel pricing (RMB 20 up to RMB 1,000 insured value, 2% above) and a separate delay cover. The claims row on the undo page reflects the relaunched terms.
Oopbuy: storage pages disagree with each other read 2026-10-10
One page caps extended storage at 120 days total, another allows up to 6 months. The conflict is printed in the ledger as found; ask support which page wins before relying on either.
LoongBuy: current return window confirmed at 5 days read 2026-10-10
The live help centre carries a 5-Day Return Policy article; an older export of the same help centre (2026-05-26) still shows a 3-day window for warehouse-stage returns. The ledger quotes the live article and keeps the old export as history.

This site’s own log
The catalogue and ledger were built 2026-10-13: categories pulled and retested, operator pages read 2026-10-10, the fee-tracker snapshot dated 2026-10-02 and pulled 2026-10-08.
Standing maintenance: outbound links are HTTP-tested at build time; policy figures are re-read on a 90-day cycle or sooner when community chatter flags a change; dead catalogue cards get swept on report.
Corrections land here with dates. A catalogue that cannot show you its own repair history is asking to be trusted on style, and the site tests page explains why this site refuses that deal for itself.

Community chatter, weighed on house rules

Promotions and rule changes usually surface on Reddit threads, Discord servers and YouTube hauls days before help centres update. That chatter is the early-warning system, and it is also routinely wrong.
House method: what shoppers report in community threads is treated as a flag to re-read the operator’s page, never as a quotable fact. Nothing lands in this ledger until the operator’s own page says it; the thread gets the credit for the timing, the page gets the citation.
Current promotions are deliberately absent from this site: coupon tables rot in weeks, and a wrong coupon costs readers real money. Check the desk’s own promotion page at checkout time; the ledger keeps the durable parts.
